Make a lush festive or autumn decoration. You will consider outdoor vs indoor and natural vs synthetic options. We will cover willow harvesting, wreath history, and the wreath wrapping technique. Then we will encompass our individual spirit of nature by decorating for seasonal celebration. £30. No prior knowledge is required and this workshop is suitable for all levels from age 14 upwards. I have secateurs, goggles, apron.(mask for spray paint optional). But if you prefer to bring your own, you can. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Festive Fused Glass Trees, Pudding, Gingerbread, Stars or Wreaths

Make some fun and colourful fused glass festive decorations for your window or tree, or gift giving. We will cover an array of glass 'tack' fusing techniques with glass embellishments and enamels.

Fused Glass Snowflakes, Heart, Moon or Star Outlines

Fused Glass Art so light and airy! If you want to get making your own unique fused glass shapes, this is the class for you. You will achieve a basic understanding of glass fusing, and consider the design process, experimenting with colour and shapes to create 2 distinctive pieces for inside or out. We will work creatively with the outlining process. This is a great introduction to cutting glass, and using glass pieces to form 2 shapes from a pattern. You can choose from a variety of designs. No prior knowledge is required and this workshop is suitable for all levels from age 16 upwards.
£33 includes all tools, materials and glass firing, but not post.
It's recommended to collect the finished art after firing as it is very delicate. However it can be posted to you usually within 1 week.
Festive Fused Glass Icicles and Hangings

Choose from a combination of:
1 large hanger + icicle;
2 medium squares + 2 icicles;
or 5 icicles.
We will cover an array of glass fusing inclusion techniques including enamels and bubble powders. These masterpieces will be fired later and posted out or collected within 1-2 weeks.

Mixed Media Foiled Glass Decorations

Enjoy some creative time on this taster session. We will learn about this simpler alternative to Copper Foiled Glass which allows us to work on more basic designs with the focus on embellishments.
During this fun hands-on class using a mix of foil and other embellishments, we will cover :
- Selecting from a choice of patterns and glass
- Basic Glass Cutting, copper foiling,- Minimal soldering,
- Decorating the finished pieces using a mix of materials and methods.
- You will take home: 4 pieces
*Please note that there will be a small amount of hot lead free solder and fumes, so those with breathing issues may wish to consider this. A mask, gloves, goggles and ventilation are available. The price of £30 includes tools and materials, but please remember reading glasses, a carrier bag, closed-toe shoes and long sleeves. This session is suitable for all levels, age 16 +

Enjoy creating colourful fabric art with wool! Felting originates from ancient Mongolia, and the process has developed into an enjoyable art form. Explore richly textured fabric through the medium of merino wool, trims and embellishments! We will work with felting needles to create a design, then add fine detail with a sewing needle. Choose from a variety of shapes to hang during the festive season. All tools and materials are included in this class. Suitable for all levels from Age 14 years upwards. No prior knowledge is required and this workshop is suitable for all levels. £30
