🕒 Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Sale or Discounted Items
All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage or defect.
💳 Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
